Refund policy

For original works :

Damages and issues - Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully for any defects or damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. If you identify any issues, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and take appropriate action to make things right.

Refunds - Please note that we take great care to ensure that every order is handled with transparency and clarity. As a result, we have a strict policy of no refunds and all sales are considered final.

 

For prints : 

Damages and issues - If your print or frame is damaged during delivery, please report this to us within one week of receiving the package by contacting us at maimiyazakiart@gmail.com. In your message, include an image of the damaged product and the package it came in.

For delivery issues, please let us know within 14 days from when your order shows as delivered, and we will investigate and work to find a solution.

Wrong Address - If the courier deems the address you provided insufficiently, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and disposed of. If you would like the order to be resent with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed Shipment - If your customer is not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick up point.  Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
